		Parish Nurse Program: Ministry to Body, Mind & Spirit through, Blood Pressure Screening (after all Masses, 4th weekend of the month) Education, Consultation and Prayerful Support. Health Care Professional willing to volunteer time & talent Non-Health Care Professional willing to volunteer time & talent. I would like an appointment with the Parish Nurse. "We Care" Food Ministry Program: Provide meals for those suffering illness, recuperating from surgery and new mothers.
